Get brown spots on your face while on vaca? Don't know why? Wanna prevent them? Had to share a few #everygirltips with you while I am thinking of them...ok so I didn't know why either until recently. Basically when your face heats up you get brown spots. Sunscreen & a hat aren't enough. That was my take away-so while on vaca get a bucket/bowl of ice water and face cloths and whenever you feel your face heating up(which if you're somewhere warm like I am means most of the time) place a cold wet face cloth on your face& keep reapplying. Obviously make sure you're wearing your sunscreen-I like to double up and wear a tinted moisturizer on top for added protection(just makes me feel better) And keep reapplying sunscreen throughout the day. I also wear a hat with 50 Spf. They allow less sun through and help w/protection. They are a bit more pricey but if you buy a timeless color and style you will use it forever! After months & months of Ivf treatments and not feeling myself...I am happy to be able to post this picture & say I feel like me again. It takes its toll on you physically&emotionally. Hell I spent an entire episode of my @siriusxmstars show crying one day bc of it all! After a few weeks of @piyoworkout & achieving my step count of 10,000 steps a day(most days going way above that) I feel back to normal! Anyone going through Ivf knows what I'm talking about. This vacation was soo necessary & I feel blessed I was able to take it! #nofilter hahaha oh and ps this is place is heaven have I mentioned that?:)
