Η 28χρονη Βρετανίδα φροντίζει πολύ τη σιλουέτα της, γυμνάζεται σκληρά και τα αποτελέσματα είναι εμφανή. Κοιλιακοί φέτες και πόδια γραμμωμένα. Δεν είναι λίγοι αυτοί που λένε ότι το σώμα της είναι ανδροπρεπές με την ίδια να απαντά ότι απλά είναι αρκετά γυμνασμένη.

#Selfies ... I am a big fan, I know that's really surprising ?? Let's be honest, along with many others I have built the foundation of my #fitness business on my selfies. I started #training almost 3 years ago and photos like this have shown my #progress and #accountability. What I do is #vain, #narcissistic and self #obsessed, but it's also fascinating if you're interested in it, #fun, #rewarding and believe it or not, I spend as much of my day helping others as I do myself. I take a shit ton of selfies and am always at pains to explain to the girls out there who obsess over fitness models as much as I do, not to get too downhearted if your body doesn't look like theirs yet. These girls are either competing, which takes MONTHS of 24/7 #dedication you can't even begin to comprehend, I'm talking #gym and house being the only locations on the list day in day out, and a tablespoon of peanut butter being their once a week treat. or they are prepping for a shoot which takes weeks of the above, or they have been doing this for YEARS, or they know when to take a good selfie. I just wanted to show you what 3 different kinds of lighting can do to your #body, and express that trust me, these girls really are softer in person. Anyway, week 4 and 130lbs which is exactly what I predicted. I'll write about what I'm going to change this week later on fitnessfondue.com

Reckon by the time I drop that #water I'll be #lean as I want to be and a very happy bunny. I'm really surprised by the last 4 weeks. Normally when I #prep for a shoot I start to lose my head by week 3 and things get really challenging. It's just a the way when you #train every day and start to pull down your #calorie intake. But this time, I have definitely had hard days that were a struggle, I've even been significantly poorly twice, but those days came and went and I've been having a really easy time of it. I still have 4 days left to drop this water and #tighten up a bit so hopefully I'll be where I want by then, but I'm pretty happy now. I want to talk about #anabolic timing now. I like to think that even tho my #cardio has been substantial, I've held onto #muscle as best I can. Even when you're on a #calorieDeficit , ALWAYS make it a point to #eat before and after #training. Both #protein and time your #carbs around this time too, if you follow #macros or not, trust me it's important for #aestheticGoals . Time for #breakfast and the I drive ?? North , so I'll be #mealPrepping this morning too. One day at a time, work towards your #goals a little bit more than you did yesterday, every day, and you'll inevitably get there.

Weighed in this AM at 131lbs. This is a pretty standard look for me at 131, I can only see my #abs if I move certain ways haha, but they are definitely in there somewhere. When I get down a little more they'll show a little easier, and my #body will generally start to look very different. Everybody's #abs are completely different aesthetically, some people will get #shredded and you literally can't see any #abdominals whatsoever even though they look insane. Some people never #train their abs at all and have rippling six packs. My boyfriend being one of them. It's annoying. I credit my #cardio, a drop down to 1500 #calories and my #fat burners for helping me lose so quickly, but honestly I've been finding it easier than usual lately...maybe it's because my lifting has yet to suffer and I'm still lifting pretty heavy with lots of energy...I won't be saying that next week! Selfie from a few weeks ago when I DIDNT think I was in shape. I talk about this in the podcast I recorded with @jameshaskellhf (which will be released either Sunday or Monday) ... prepping for shoots as much as I did last year definitely messed with my noggin a little. I woke up the morning of both shoots (this photo was taken a couple weeks before them both) feeling like I was a big phoney, that I wasn't remotely in shape and I couldn't call myself a #fitness professional whatsoever. I've been looking back on the (pre airbrushed/unaltered) shots tonight, which I can't share because I'm not allowed yet, thinking...what the fuck was wrong with me? This is why I'm taking a few weeks/months off shoots. I need to focus on #training and #health instead of #aesthetics for a little bit, before I can enjoy that side of it all again. My words get changed a lot when I write these posts and it all gets boiled down to me seemingly hating what I do, which REALLY pisses me off. I LOVE what I do. #GainingMuscle and #CuttingUp , #training and #healthyEating , #CheatMeals and everything in between. Sometimes you gotta switch it up. Sometimes you gotta ride the wave and sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Right now, for me, that means no shoots. Come spring, I'll probably be chomping at the bit to prep. It's cheesy and awful but I'm gonna say it...don't monitor your outside to the extent that you forget to monitor your inside. Take care of yourself in every sense. Keep an eye on yourself and remember that you are #1 ??

I missed #TBT but I like putting photos of myself up from when I was in sick ass shape, so... #FBF it is fuckers! This was after nearly three years of #training and #eating on my #diet pretty consistently, followed by a serious 5 week prep when I hit #cardio and #weights 6 days a week and pulled my calories and (fun) macros down gradually week after week. When I get in this kind of shape, I start to look good after 3 weeks, I peak at 5 weeks and by 7 weeks I'm back to a #fit and #healthy aesthetic that isn't nearly as #lean as this. I intend to look like this again very soon, but I have 15 weeks this time, not 5, which means I can have a weekly cheat meal or extra rest day and not panic. If you want to change your #body today is the last day of sale for my #fat loss plan and #supplements, both of which I credit for changing my body, along with #diet, which is included in the plan. Feeling excited for the next few weeks! ????

Post #leg and #glute #training #pump , fuelled on by some #anabolic window eats! The latter has given me a little #food baby ?? I'm either #lean with #abs but no #junk whatsoever, or #curvy with junk and no #abs whatsoever. You can't have everything...but that's kind of the beauty of it! Keep striving and see what I can do. I #squat , #lunge , donkey kick back and #SLD. I don't do any other lower #body #exercises because I am the ultimate #compound exercise preacher and I don't feel the need to hit and grow more specific #muscles on my lower body. Haven't #weighed in yet after last week, and might not until next week. I'm feeling damn good about my #training and #eating and I'm in no rush yet. Week 2 is mine ??

#TBT Before I begin I'm REALLY not about negative vibes today, I work too hard and know too much to have the patience for #body shaming and stupid comments about eating disorders etc, so if that's the opinion you're bringing to my Instagram table, bore off and keep scrolling ??? This was Back in June 2015 when I was the #leanest I had ever been, I felt like I had officially cracked the aesthetic nut so to speak! I did shoots in the months after this, for Fabulous and my app, amongst others, and I never killed a prep the same or enjoyed it the same or got nearly as #lean as this again. That's life. Sometimes you surpass yourself and succeed, and sometimes you don't. You're not a superhero, you're human, and you can't always be on top. I said this yesterday and I'll say it again now, those of you who follow me ?? will know before this 3 week push I'm doing I was trying to get a good balance of #training hard and #eating right and enjoying my life. It set me in good stead for this prep, because I went into it semi physically progressed already, and mentally ready for 3 weeks of 100%. I am now leaner than this ?? and I'm full of water, and I can't quite believe I did it again, I honestly never thought I would, and I've actually surpassed it. I've been getting a lot of heat these last couple of days and I want to make a couple of things abundantly clear AGAIN: Being super #lean is NOT something you can or should maintain. It is a temporary push for those of us who love a #physical challenge. It is not #healthy to maintain this low a #body fat for a long period, for women in particular, on account of hormonal issues. Next, I eat 5 meals a day and until this last week, that included a great balance of #protein #fats AND #CARBS I #train ONCE a day usually, for no longer than an hour max. Lately it's been twice a day because as I said 3 weeks ago, this is THE 3 WEEK #ChloeApp CHALLENGE! To all the #women out there tearing each other to pieces and calling everyone too fat, #skinny, muscley, #manly , #ugly, don't fool yourself into thinking this is your "opinion", it's not, you're just spreading NO KNOWLEDGE NEGATIVE POISON. STOP.
